I have the right to refuse any commission(s) I am not comfortable with doing.

I have the right to issue a refund at any time or stage if I do not feel comfortable.

I have the right to publish my commissions on my social medias, but please clarify if it is to be private. I am more than happy to oblidge if otherwise.

The client may post their commission wherever they want. Credit is appreciated.

I reserve all rights to my artwork.

Clients may use their commissions as designs / prints / etc. AS LONG AS they do not make profit/ claim as their own work.

All payments are made via PayPal (USD) unless requested otherwise by client.

Tips will not affect how the commission is done in any way.

Payments must be upfront and in full.

I will not start a commission until receiving full payment.

If payment is not received within 1 week after accepted, the commission will be cancelled.

I will not give refunds for failure to manage personal situations.

I will make edits to a final product, such as missing markings or design errors, if it was my error.

If the product is wrong due to the reference being vague/incorrect, I will not edit the final product.

I currently only send sketches upon request. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the sketch before I continue the commission.

I will not draw in another user's style.

Wait-time is 1-3 months.

A Trello card with all your commission's information must be confirmed.

Sketch WIPs will be sent upon request until the client is satisfied.

Finished product once approved is uneditable.

Upon request I can draw a white border (or colour of your choice). Anything more counts as a backround add-on.

As the client, you understand that your commission may take an extended period of time past the default wait-time. I try my best to work when I can, but have a very active lifestyle and my commissions are simply my hobby. I keep all my clients updated upon request.
