I have the right to refuse any commission(s) I am not comfortable with doing.

I have the right to issue a refund at any time or stage if I do not feel comfortable.

I have the right to publish my commissions on my social medias, please clarify if it is to be private.

The client may post their commission wherever they want. Credit is appreciated.

I reserve all rights to my artwork.

Clients may use their commissions as designs / prints / etc. AS LONG AS they do not make profit/ claim as their own work.

All payments are made via PayPal invoice (USD) unless requested otherwise.

There will always be an option to tip on invoices. It's not a requirement, and it's perfectly acceptable to tip afterwards instead of beforehand. Tips will not affect how the commission is done in any way.

Payments must be upfront and in full.

I will not start a commission until receiving full payment.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, the commission will be cancelled.

I will not give refunds for failure to manage personal situations.

I will make edits to a final product, such as missing markings or design errors, if it was my error.

If the product is wrong due to the reference being vague/incorrect, I will not edit the final product.

Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the sketch before I continue the commission.

I will not draw in another user's style.

Wait time is 1-2 months.

A Trello card with all your commission's information must be confirmed.

Sketch WIPs will be sent until the client is satisfied.

I cannot finish the artwork until the sketch WIP is approved. There is no time limit, but keep in mind it will not be finished until approval is given.

Finished product once approved is uneditable.

A backround will be provided (abstract, stock image, or scene) per commission, with an alternate PNG file.
